Account Management
You can permanently delete your Rekko account and associated data directly within the app.
Your profile, food logs, saved meals, custom foods, weight and water logs, coach conversations, and AI usage history are permanently deleted from our systems. Your account credentials are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
We retain an anonymous record that an account was deleted (with no identifying information) for product improvement purposes only.
Some data may be retained by third-party service providers we use for analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing, in accordance with their own data retention policies. This may include historical subscription/purchase records and previously recorded analytics events.
